Trezzle offers an online shop for anyone who wants to sell their own merchandize. Below you will find an overview of important things for shop owners and customers.
Return, refund and shipping policies
Trezzle recommends to immediately check receipts of products on their shortcomings. Complaints are handled by Trezzle within 30 days. When unfortunately a complaint can not be handled within the period of 30 days, the customer will be informed about the duration of the delay. The products which are certified as defctive will be repaired by Trezzle. In some cases the purchase amount will be credited. All costs envolved out of repairing or replacing defective products are covered by Trezzle.
The customer has the right to return products within 2 weeks after receiving the product, without even giving any reason. The product must be returned unused and with original tags, packaging, etc. After receiving the product Trezzle will pay the refund within 30 days.
Trezzle tries to deliver products within a maximum of 7 days, worldwide. Of course there are cases where a particular item is out of stock or there are problems caused during the production or shipment.
Products and prices
The following PDF file provides an overview of the garments offered by us and it shows the corresponding standard prices. The prices may be different in various shops, partly because it depends on the printwork.
